Yoga is a set of easy to do exercises, which is very helpful in keeping the body fit and healthy and to keep the body revitalized. Meditating always helps a person to centralize his energy and apply this energy within in a directed way. These exercises can be done on a daily basis and can be very helpful in getting rid of stress. The stress is removed, as the yoga helps a person relax both mentally and physically. Most exercises require equipments and other machines to work upon. But in yoga the body is the tool and the machine. Hence yoga provides mental stability and peace if done and practiced on a regular basis.
