Yoga is a very efficient form of exercising, which employs easy to do exercises. Yoga exercises can be done indoors, and can be done by people of any age group. Even children can benefit from yoga, as these exercises are meant for people of any age group. By doing the yoga exercises a person strengthen the muscles and tone up the body. Also doing yoga on a regular basis improves a person's flexibility. Hence yoga certainly helps keep the body fit.
